  • What happens once I buy a plan online?

    You will recive an email from us with a bunch of questions that we need to setup your site.  We will be available to help you through this if you get stuck.  Once we have that, we will get your site built and running within 10 days!  There might be a couple of extra phone calls or emails to get all the ducks in a row, but that should not impact the delivery date.

  • What if I already have a Logo?

    No problem, we can use what you already have.

  • What if I already have a domain name (the URL, like Niftee.co.nz)?

    If you already have a domain name, you can leave it where it is, or you can bring it across to to us by ordering here we will then send you an email on what needs to be done to move it across.


    Please note:  This must be done if you wish to use the 'free' email we are providing.  If you already have an email account connected to your domain, please contact us.

  • What if I already have an email address?

    You can just leave it as it is, or we can move it across with your domain name.  There will be a charge to move the domain name 

  • Do I get a discount if I don't use all the 'free' things?

    No, there is no discount if you do not use all the features in the plans.

  • What if I decide I don't want the website any more?

    If you no longer require your website, just stop the payments, and within 7 days the website will be deleted.  You can contact us to let us know if you want this to happen quicker!

  • What happens if I miss a payment?

    If you miss a payment, your website will be taken offline in 5 working days, and deleted in 7 working days.

  • How can I update my website?

    If you would like to make changes to your website yourself, and you are on the basic plan, you will need to upgrade to at least the 'Builder' plan.  Once you have this plan, you will then have access to our comprehensive How To pages, and you will be given access to your website.

  • Can I take my website away from Niftee?

    Firstly - we hope you will love your website, and never want to leave, but if you do, you will not be able to take your website with you.  This is a subscription website, and although you own the words and pictures, the software it sits on, and the design is owned by us.

  • Who owns the website?

    You own the words and any images you give to us to put on your website, but as this is a subscription based website, the software it sits on and the design is owned by us.

  • What if I want to change plans?

    If you want to change plans up or down, no problem!  We will change the access and billing and off you go!

  • What happens if I want you to make changes to my website?

    We can make changs to your website for sure!  This will be at an hourly rate

  • What if I don't like my website?

    Well - that would be a first!!  However,  you will have the choice of 2 or 3 templates, so we will make sure you get the design that works best for your business, and looks great too!  You will have a customised designed website that will be perfect for your business, and we have not had a complaint yet!  But if you are our first to not be happy,  you can make your own make changes, or we can do it for you at our hourly rate.

  • What is your hourly rate?

    Good question!  Nearly everything is covered in the plans, but if for any reason you needed us to do something extra, our rate is $95 plus gst per hour.
